Refunds and exchanges are against store policy and will not be granted.

The only exceptions for item exchanges include:

-Defective/damaged products (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

-Sizing/product errors made by fulfillment

The New Born King tapestry is a PREORDER PRODUCT. With this in mind, without delays, this product is subject to taking about 2-4 weeks in the production process. Followed by a 1-2 week shipping process.
